Hindsight bias

Dear Jim,

Please could you fix it for me that, one day, people won’t say things like, “At first we wondered how accreditation could really deliver quality” and “We always thought there was something very odd about accreditation, but everybody was doing it.  It’s just the way things were in those days.  There was no alternative.  Everybody pushed it; you couldn’t say no.  If only somebody had told us the truth about how the cartel operated, how it was above scrutiny.”?
