Over-seasoned organically-correct pancake tossers


Why does Marco Pierre-White criticise chefs Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Jamie Oliver, calling them a ‘pair of over-seasoned organically-correct pancake tossers’?

In part, it’s the large Stanford meta-analysis.

Scientists: click through to the article and substitute “UKAS accredited” where you read “organic.”  Think how the arguments apply to your own work.  Or are scientists bigger snobs than organic food purchasers?
